Louisiana Voters Decide on Life-Changing Constitutional Amendments

by Maniko Barthelemy| NewsHeels@gmail.com

The event is tonight, 6:30 p.m. virtually. Here is the registration link, bit.ly/DemocracyWorksWebinar

Should children younger than 17 years old be tried as adults? Do you support an amendment to allow the supreme court to sanction a judge upon an investigation by the judiciary commission? Those are two of four life-changing questions thousands of Louisiana voters will answer between now and March 29. There is a lot of confusion around voting for or against the amendments. That is why the National Coalition of 100 Black Women-Greater New Orleans is hosting a March 18, 2025 webinar at 6:30 PM.

Join the NCBW-GNOC for a free one-hour webinar fully explaining the implications of voting in favor of or against the Constitutional Amendments on the ballot. Be sure to register for the webinar. See the flyer above for details.

Early voting ends on Saturday, March 22. The Municipal Primary Election is March 29.
